All custom orders are subject to a 4-6 week wait period from the time of order. We do not stock items, as products do not begin to be produced until a customer places their order. If your fabric is on backorder, you will be notified immediately.

Each product is custom made specially for you, therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If there is a manufacturing flaw in the item, we will stand behind our craftmanship and will repair the problem in a timely fashion.
